RAFFLE SALES PERIOD.
The Tahoe Community Nursery School (TCNS) raffle for a new Mastercraft X30 Boat promotion (the "Promotion") period begins 03/05/07 and ends 2:30 p.m. on 06/02/07 (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion web site (the "Web Site") is www.tahoeschool.com

WHERE TO BUY RAFFLE TICKETS.
Raffle tickets may be purchased from the following locations: The Boulders sales office in Truckee located behind Albertsons; All Porter’s Ski & Snowboard locations; Ruffles & Roughnecks, Tahoe City; Tahoe Community Nursery School; Alpine Antiquer, Tahoe City; and from any TCNS Parent. Raffle ticket sales at these locations will continue until all tickets are sold out or until 6/1/07, whichever comes first. On 6/2/07 raffle tickets can be purchased at the Towne Picnic being hosted by TCNS at Common’s Beach which starts at 10:00 a.m. TCNS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to sell tickets at other locations and add other participating retail locations. Total number of raffle tickets sold throughout this period is a minimum of 700 tickets with a maximum of 1000 tickets sold. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To receive one (1) raffle ticket without purchase, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked between 03/05/07 and 5/15/07, and received by 05/15/07 to "Free Ticket Request from Tahoe Community Nursery School", P.O. Box 1245, Tahoe City, CA 96145-1245.

HOW DOES THE PROMOTION WORK?
Make a donation to Tahoe Community Nursery School and in return receive a raffle ticket for the chance to win a MasterCraft 2006 X30 Boat. Suggested donation is $100.00. Each raffle ticket entered will have a chance to win a 2006 MasterCraft X30 boat donated at dealer cost by Cope McPheters Marine in Tahoe City. Only one chance to win per raffle ticket. One (1) Boat Grand Prize will be awarded on June 2, 2007. Several “other” prizes collected by volunteers will be available to win (example: Gift certificate for party platters at Blue Onion Catering, Brunch for 4 at Lone Eagle Grille in Incline Village, 2 Lift Tickets for 2007/2008 Ski Season to NorthStar Ski Resort)

RAFFLE DRAWINGS
Entries in the Raffle will be randomly selected on June 2, 2007 at Commons Beach in Tahoe City at or around 2:30 p.m. The Grand Prize winner (1) for the Boat will be randomly selected first then we will continue to draw names for other prizes that we have and are listed on the website. Drawings will be conducted randomly and in front of all present. The winner drawn on that day by the person doing the drawing will be final and binding. All entries drawn are subject to verification. Entries that are incomplete or non-compliant with these rules will be void.

PRIZE.
Boat Prize: Boat Prize winner will receive a 2006 MasterCraft X30. Total Estimated retail value is seventy thousand dollars ($70,000). Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes (including, without limitation, sales tax and income tax), insurance costs, surcharges, registration, title, and license fees and other costs incurred in claiming, registering or using the vessel. Vessel includes standard features; any additional options are winner's responsibility. Color subject to availability. Any vessel displayed or pictured in promotional/advertising materials may not be the actual vessel awarded. Winner will be required to personally retrieve the vessel from a local dealership or location, as determined by TCNS, and may need to provide valid driver's license and proof of insurance/registration. Failure to accept possession of vessel within thirty (30) days of notification of availability may result in prize forfeiture.

No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value, except as stated herein or as determined by TCNS in its sole discretion. TCNS shall have no obligation to award any unclaimed prizes.

BOAT PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION.
Boat Prize winner will be notified by overnight mail at the postal street address provided at the time of donation. Any winner notification returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address may result in Boat Prize forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected at TCNS discretion. Boat Prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release with (where lawful) a publicity release ("Affidavit") within ten (10) days of attempted winner notification (as indicated by the date referenced in the Affidavit). Failure to return the Affidavit within ten (10) days may result in Boat Prize forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected. If mail is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address, then Boat Prize may be forfeited. Unless otherwise noted, allow 8-10 weeks for Boat Prize information by mail following completion of notification process. Boat Prizes will only be awarded and delivered to valid names and addresses within the United States. Any Boat Prize won by a minor may be awarded to the minor's parent or legal guardian, and if applicable, any Affidavit relating to a Boat Prize won by a minor must be executed by the minor's parent or legal guardian. Any portion of a Boat Prize not accepted by a winner will be forfeited.

ELIGIBILITY
Raffle open only to legal United States residents residing within the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia throughout the Promotion Period. Void elsewhere and where prohibited by law.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
No responsibility or liability is assumed by TCNS and its Administrators for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Web Site; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the raffle. TCNS and its Administrators are not responsible for any typographical or printing errors in the raffle tickets, any display or announcement of prize winner on the Web Site, Raffle prizes or these Official Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on the Web Site, including without limitation, the number of entries entered in any particular drawing. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THE WEB SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TCNS and its Administrators make no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize. Winner bears all risk of loss or damage to prize after delivery/acceptance. All participants and/or winners, on behalf of themselves, their executors, heirs and assigns, by acceptance of any offer/prize received under this raffle, agree to release TCNS and its Administrators from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with the conduct, promotion or outcome of the raffle, receipt, ownership or use of any such prize or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to and/or from any prize-related activity in connection with the raffle or otherwise. Under no circumstances will TCNS and its Administrators be liable for punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages.

PROMOTION MODIFICATION
Tahoe Community Nursery School, “TCNS” reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, suspend and/or terminate this raffle in whole or in part at any time during the Raffle Selling Period for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, in the event that the fundraiser/raffle is not capable of running as planned or as intended by these Official Rules. In the event of raffle cancellation, all entries will be deemed expired and void and all monies collected will be returned. TCNS shall have no further liability with respect thereto.

TCNS may modify and amend these Official Rules as they appear online from time to time during the raffle selling period for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the fundraising raffle. TCNS is not responsible for any typographical errors in the advertising of any prize included in the Raffle or the Official Rules, Web Site pages or other promotional materials.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
All participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of TCNS and its Administrators whose decisions in all aspects of this Raffle shall be final and binding. This Fundraising Raffle is governed by laws of the State of California and all Raffle participants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of Tahoe City, California for resolution of all claims and disputes. TCNS good intentions is to sell raffle tickets to raise funds for its non-profit 43 year old community school thereby continuing its long tradition of servicing the children of North Lake Tahoe and to be honorable in raising funds anyone trying to be fraudulent, potentially fraudulent can at TCNS sole discretion be in violation of these Rules or generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the raffle.

PUBLICITY CONSENT/WINNER'S LIST
Publicity Consent:
Raffle Winners must grant to TCNS the unconditional and irrevocable right, without any further compensation, consideration, notice, review or consent, to use exhibit and publish, in any medium now known or hereinafter known at any time throughout the world their name, address, image, likeness, voice, biographical information and statement for advertising, publicity, trade and public relations purposes, to the extent permitted by law; and Raffle Boat Winner may be required to confirm such consent in writing by executing appropriate Affidavit required by Sponsor, as described in Rule 8.
